Samsung GT-i7110

The Samsung GT-i7110 is the latest entry into the Samsung aromory of smartphones which is expected to be released very soon into the market.
The not so impressive looks of the phone doesn't really give a glimpse of how powerful and technically impressive this phone is. The phone carries a 5 MegaPixel camera with auto focus and LED flash in the back. The display of this phone is an advanced 2.6 inch Active Matrix Organic LED which is bound to give a bright and sharp images. Again this phone is a dual band UMTS 900/2100 device with quadband GSM. Also contains HSDPA data support and WiFi. Loaded with in-built radio, this phone supports bluetooth 2.0 and USB 2.0 as well. This phone also contains a GPS reciever.
The Samsung GT-i7110 as any Samsung mobile carries a good camera which will generate quality pictures and also can capture some cool videos. The Camera has autofocus and also face detection features which makes it a tough competition for any camera phone.
The bad part is that this cool smartphone runs on the Symbian OS which most of the Nokia phones run on. The navigation pad can be used as a mouse, and the i7110 has an accelerometer which should mean that it changes screen orientations automatically.

The GPS functionality of this Samsung phone comes with a driving map and a pedestrian map of major European cities. Another clever feature is that the satellite navigation function also uses the FM transmitter, so you can listed to spoken directions on your car's loudspeakers.
Samsung GT-i7110 comes with a large 1200 mAh cell that can power this phone for up to 6 hours talktime on 3G and 11 hours on GSM, with a standby time of around 17 or 18 days.

Undoubtedly this new baby from Samsung is a bundle of features but not sure if it can sustain the growing competition and technology.
